Oh, my crazy first realtor
I got a LinkedIn invitation from my crazy first realtor, who I fired. Did I ever tell y’all how bad she was? Oh, so not good. So I had to let her go, and started working with a different (FANTASTIC) realtor and we found the perfect place within a week. I adored my second realtor and have routinely recommended her to friends.
My crazy first realtor: Routinely didn’t set up the showings I had requested so I didn’t see properties I wanted to; Routinely didn’t set up showings but we were able to see them by inconveniencing the homeowners; didn’t find any new/different properties for me to check out; Disorganized - horribly so; Didn’t work well by email and was offering to print out stuff and drop it by my office at work so we could go over things in person/together (which is annoying because when I first met with her I specified - AS MUCH BY EMAIL AS POSSIBLE); routinely showed me things that didn’t fit my needs (wrong area, not the right amount of space, etc); Routinely didn’t read the MLS printouts ahead of time so if it said ‘click thru for the Gate Code’ we NEVER had it.
AND THE KICKER - HAD A RELIGIOUS DISCUSSION WITH ME WHILE WE WERE LOOKING AT PROPERTIES (i.e. evangelical conversation about whether or not I was saved…).
Yeah - and she want to connect with me on Linked In so I can give her a good recommendation??? Is she smoking crack?
Instead of being a huge bitch and connecting with her and writing an honest (bad) review, I declined.
